Once you've made your appointment, please visit our office at 4860 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 with a $20 cash deposit and a valid ID. You will receive a key to the property and be permitted to conduct a self-guided tour. Upon returning the key, your $20 deposit will be refunded.
